What this site is

Payment Service Providers is factual, objective information about payment gateways available in South Africa, read from the providers' own published pricing. It is not financial advice under the FAIS Act: nothing here is a recommendation, guidance or proposal that any product suits your particular circumstances, and using the site creates no advisory relationship between you and us. We are not an authorised financial services provider. Nothing here is legal, tax or exchange-control advice either. For advice on any of those, engage a professional who knows your situation.

Accuracy and the verified date

Fees change often. Every figure on this site carries the date we last read it off the provider's own page, and that date is how you judge whether it is still current. Always confirm the current rate with the provider before you decide. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the figures published here.

Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission; they are always marked. Sponsored placements always carry the gold Sponsored badge, per the ARB Code of Advertising Practice. Neither affiliate links nor sponsorships change a provider's position in any ranking, which is computed the same way for everyone. The advertisement above the footer is our own, for Lidema Studios, which builds and runs this site; it is labelled on every page and is not for sale to any provider. This mirrors the disclosure on the About page and in the footer.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and fee model are ours. Provider names and logos are the marks of their respective owners, used here nominatively for factual comparison, and their use implies no endorsement in either direction.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read, link to and cite this site. You may not scrape it to republish the figures as your own, or use it in any way that misrepresents a provider or the ratings here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
